Mr. Murtaza Poonawala launches Swift Enterprises with Rehana Bawaji, later merging with K.K. & Sons to create Swift Industrial Corporation seeing a gap in the Pune market for an alternate industrial Panel Accessories hardware supplier.

New ventures, new locations! Mr. Murtaza Bawaji heads Access Industrial Solutions a new group company dealing in Standard Machine Accessories product line, and Swiftin moves to Narhe, welcoming Mr. Abbas Bawaji.
Crowning Glory
The future glory product of the group comes to fore and Swiftin begins business in Aluminium profiles and Accessories along with setting up an assembly team in Narhe for profile structuring category.
Expanding the Universe
Swift Industrial Agencies, headed by Mr. Huzefa Ranalawala and Mrs. Zahabia Ranalawala starts operations with the distribution of all group products in the Pcmc region of Pune and adds the clamping elements product range.
The Reinvention of the wheel
Swiftin Industrial Technologies emerged with Mr. Abbas Khanji heading the castor wheels business & a new retail store in the Pisoli area.
The Collaboration
Swiftin Corporation LLP & Swiftin Agencies LLP combine with Zain Corporation to begin manufacturing & distribution of International standard safety fencing systems under a new group company Swiza Safetech LLP.
The Expansion
New products keep getting added under the group offering & a state of the art manufacturing unit begins operations at Velu, Pune.
