This project involved the design and supply of modular assembly workstations integrated into a production line with in-line testing and validation systems.

The solution was developed to support efficient operator-led assembly with structured material flow, ergonomic workstations, and organized component handling. The setup includes assembly tables, kitting systems, and conveyor integration to enable smooth and controlled production.

Each workstation is designed using modular aluminium profile structures, allowing flexibility, durability, and ease of reconfiguration. The layout supports efficient part presentation, reduced operator movement, and improved assembly accuracy.
